Orders will be processed by MagMed Ltd | NutriNZ. 100% secure checkout via PayPal or Stripe.
All orders are charged in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations throughout the day, the amount displayed in your chosen currency may vary slightly.
1) FREE Tracked International Airmail – average delivery time 10 – 14 working days.
In some countries international postal services can take longer due to Covid-19. Depending on your location it can take between 10 – 20 working days.
If you require faster delivery service please contact us so we can quote Express Courier costs to you. Please be assured we are doing our best to get your order to you.
2) FREE Local Delivery – average delivery time 2 – 3 working days.
Courier: Some countries only accept Express Courier to track your order. We will inform you about additional charges for Express Courier. If you have not received your order within 15 WORKING DAYS, please first contact your local Post Office and Customs Office, to see if they are holding it for any reason, then contact us if you still do not have the parcel. We will put a trace on it via New Zealand Post.
Custom Charges/Liability: Please be advised that there may be additional charges required by Customs in your country, which are beyond our control. Please contact the Customs office in your country for more information. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand, any shipment damage or product returns. We’ve been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few unresolved problems.
Credit Cards: Most Credit Cards are accepted by Stripe or via PayPal.
We have wholesale/bulk quantities available for resellers or individuals. This requires an application for a Wholesale Account.

And please enclose a copy of your order confirmation.
We will refund product cost less shipping charges back to your Credit Card.
