Orders will be processed by MagMed Ltd | NutriNZ. 100% secure checkout via PayPal or Stripe.
All orders are charged in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations throughout the day, the amount displayed in your chosen currency may vary slightly.
Shipping
We offer FREE worldwide tracked* shipping on all orders over NZD75.
Shipping costs for orders below NZD 75:
- New Zealand: NZD 5
- Australia: NZD 10
- Rest of World: NZD 15
* Tracking provided where available. There are some countries (for example: India, EU, Middle East) where tracking may not be included within our standard shipping options. Please email us if you would confirmation on whether tracking is available for your delivery destination.
Delivery time: The average international delivery time is between 10 – 14 working days. For local New Zealand deliveries, delivery time is between 2-3 working days (with an additional day if rural delivery).
Please note: If you require faster delivery, please contact us directly at info@nutrinz.com and we can provide you with a quote for Express Courier costs.
Delivery details: Once an order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. Postal service and shipping is outside of our control and so we accept no liability for any goods lost in transit, any shipment damage or product returns. In the unlikely event that there is an issue or delay with delivery, please get in touch with your local delivery provider with the tracking number we provide and raise an enquiry with them.
If your order is declared lost in transit, please contact us at info@nutrinz.com with your tracking number and details. We can assist in initiating an insurance claim and issue a refund if necessary.
Custom Charges/Liability: Please be advised that there may be additional charges or duties required by Customs in your country, including potential tariffs, import taxes, or clearance fees. These costs are set and collected by your local Customs authority and are beyond our control.
A 12.5% US Import Duty applies to all orders shipped to the United States and is calculated based on the total order value (after discounts) plus shipping costs. The tariff will be clearly itemized at checkout under “US Import Duty” and is collected by New Zealand Post from our account at the time of shipment pickup.

Wholesale Orders
We have wholesale/bulk quantities available for resellers or individuals. This requires an application for a Wholesale Account.

Return Policy
Should you change your mind about an order, unopened products can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation and return the product(s) to:

Once received, a refund will be issued back to your original payment card.
Please note: If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
